We roast every Tuesday. Orders placed by Monday at midnight go out in that roast, the same day.

Freshness
Coffee tastes best between four days and four weeks after roasting. The roast date is printed on every bag.
If you don’t like it
Tell us within 30 days and we’ll send a different coffee or refund you, even if the bag is open. We’d rather you found one you love.
Damaged or lost parcels
Send a photo or tell us it hasn’t arrived within ten working days, and we’ll send a replacement.
